Zoopla Premium Listing

Make sure your property is seen by even more buyers on Zoopla by adding a Premium Listing. Your ad will be larger, have a grey background and along with the main picture of your property, the listing will also show 6 smaller pictures at the bottom of the ad.

EPC

Energy Performance Certificate. Every property has to have an EPC by law.  If you have an old EPC, as long as nothing energy related has changed, they last for 10 years.
